Behind the Scenes at DMNS on Friday October 18, 2019
Sneak a peek at the work being done at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science! This is an ultra-special behind the scenes tour of the their Earth Science Collections. The tour will be given by their Collections Manager, Kristen MacKenzie.
This trip begins at 9:30am where we will hop on a bus at Dinosaur Ridge. Arriving to DMNS at 10am, we will be greeted and escorted behind the scenes to view their collections and workshop. This will be a hands-on exploratory tour, rich with Denver history and amazing paleontological finds! After the tour, we'll have lunch at DMNS, followed by a Education Collections tour at 1pm. This hour long tour will bring you face-to-face with authentic museum objects used to educate the community. Afterwards, participants will be allowed to explore DMNS and its exhibits until 4:30pm. Transportation back to Dinosaur Ridge will be provided.
Price includes full day access at DMNS, and two guided tours.

Ages:
- 18+ - Must complete waivers
- 14-17 - Must complete waivers and have a guardian signature
- Under 14 - Must be accompanied by a guardian.
